Hope you all are enjoying a good start to your New Year! Time to get going on all those New Year's resolutions, right? Lol! Actually, we are simply bumming around today. Later we will take down the Christmas tree and pack up the decorations for next December. But for now - it's time to relax a bit. In fact, I might even try to sneak in a nap!We enjoyed our Ebleskivers this morning (a Swedish/Danish tradition of my family) while watching the Tournament of Roses - The Famous Rose Parade. Jessa helped to make them and Joshy loved the part where you dip them in the powdered sugar. So Yummy!
