A Thoughtful Girl

Jessa had her state TAKS test in writing yesterday. She was pretty nervous and we knew it would be a long hard day for her. Texas Public Schools are very tough and expect a lot - but that is a good thing! Before school - we prayed and asked that God give her a clear mind so that she could concentrate and do her best. When she got home she was elated that it was over and she said it was a lot easier than she had thought it would be! And she was excited because today is a fun day in class...for those who finished their testing....because they were going to play games and watch a movie in class while the other students go to the library to finish. Her next testing dates are at the end of April (for math and reading) so we will be going through this "test stress" again soon.
